I. JOB OBJECTIVE

Facilitate travel arrangements for individual or group of employees in accordance to company's Business Travel policy to support business goals and objectives. Coordinate closely with employees, stakeholders, and other divisions involved in ensuring seamless delivery of travel-related services.

II. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Consolidate domestic and international travel requirements based on approved strategic plan and budget.Ensure all necessary travel arrangements are made in timeFacilitate approved travel arrangements which includes making reservations for transportation and lodging.Coordinate with accredited travel agency to determine optimal transportation routes to achieve cost and time efficiencies while maintaining safety of employees.Communicate upcoming bulk travels to inter-dependent departments, i.e. HR, Accounting, vendors, etc.Facilitate travel expense reimbursements and per diem of employees, e.g. raise Payment Request Form (PRF)Coordinate communication and interface with internal and external business partners.Ensure highest level of customer service satisfaction and safety standards are given to each employee traveler Assist in maintaining an organized filing system of electronic documentsAssist in Per Diem & other HR related processes III. JOB QUALIFICATIONSCollege Graduate, preferably Travel & Tourism or related fieldAt least 2 years' experience in booking corporate travel Familiar with online travel booking sites, Gmail, MS Office 365Excellent customer service and inter-personal skillsStrong organizational skills, able to prioritize and multi-taskStrong communication skills, both written and verballyExcellent problem- solving skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentHas keen attention to details Familiarity with visa requirements and travel regulationsAbility to work with minimal supervisionCan Work Onsite (Aseana, Paranaque)
