Technician I Monitoring Service

Join our team as a Technician I Monitoring Service and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for alarm management and refrigeration/HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interrogate and diagnose refrigeration and/or HVAC alarms received, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Deliver alarm information with accurate documentation to external customers through phone or email.
  • Make informed decisions based on alarm history and graph analysis, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Update and confirm completed work orders in accordance with customer procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound and transferred calls, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any 4-year degree program.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred experience in interactive customer service and related functions.
  • Background in offshore service operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Excel).
  • Familiarity with Lumity business systems and tools (MSSR, Salesforce, VMWare, ININ).
Work Conditions:
  • Willingness to work on shifting operations, including weekends, to support assigned business and customers.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or on rest days to support manpower requirements during critical days and/or peak season.
  • Ability to effectively and independently function while maintaining a positive energy level in a dynamic environment.
