Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Homecoming - Makati 2024

Job Description: The Customer Support Associate I role involves communicating with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or online based on client needs. This position focuses on providing customer service assistance and resolving common issues related to the client's products or services.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs')
  • Clarify customer needs, use decision-support tools for effective resolution
  • Listen actively to customers, show empathy, and build rapport
  • Greet customers professionally using established procedures
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client offerings
  • Prepare accurate work and update accounts as needed
  • Participate in activities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Recommend additional products/services
  • Track and document information in a database
  • Refer customers to resources or senior staff for inquiries
Candidate Profile:
  • High school diploma with 3-6 months of relevant experience preferred
  • Courteous with a customer service focus
  • Proficient in computer navigation and PC applications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes
  • Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the capacity to work independently
  • Show patience and professionalism in customer interactions
  • Flexible to work different shifts as required
  • Additional experience/skills may be needed based on program/location
