Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - MOA 2024

Job Description: The Customer Support Associate II position involves interacting with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, or online, depending on client needs. Duties include providing customer service assistance and resolving non-routine issues related to client products or services.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
  • Ensure service meets contractual KPIs
  • Clarify customer requirements using decision-support tools
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy
  • Greet customers professionally
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products
  • Prepare accurate work and notate accounts
  • Participate in activities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Offer additional products/services
  • Track information in call database
Candidate Profile
  • High school diploma with customer service experience preferred
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Patient and professional in customer interactions
  • Able to work varying shifts
  • Additional experience/skills may be required based on location/program
