Key Responsibilities

  • Target and solicit business from defined geographic markets through key segments: negotiated corporate, consortia, wholesale, partnership programs, government and groups.
  • Collaborate with revenue management, digital marketing, and public relations to develop room and suite experiences targeting defined markets directly and with key partners.
  • Develop sales strategy, promotions, and activities for key accounts to drive revenues for Rooms, Food & Beverage (F&B), and events.
  • Represent The Peninsula Manila and The Peninsula Hotels at associations, events, and client receptions.
  • Track and monitor productivity of each account, maintain relationships, and develop new accounts for the hotel.

Requirements

  • College graduate with at least 1 year of notable experience as Sales Manager or a similar role.
  • Results-oriented and driven, with strong attention to detail.
  • Aggressive, passionate, and highly motivated in meeting sales goals.
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Self-starter, mature, independent, and a team player.
