Generate Nonconformity Reports for infractions of approved Quality processes, standards, and drawings.Keep track of all construction activities to ensure compliance with necessary procedures, project specifications, and approved design and drawings. Keep files of approved documentation such method statements, ITP, and drawings. Observe testing activities and produce documentation for client submission.Verify material bill of quantities in accordance with on-site installation and authorized inspection requestProvide the client with all necessary supporting documentation for project invoicing. On-site verification and inspection of red-lined drawings and as-built drawings. Conduct pre-commissioning activities for all systems handled. Perform visual site inspections and collaborate with owners and contractors to carry out the project.Utilize expertise in mechanical design, load calculations, pipe and duct sizing, and the selection of materials and equipment, HVAC systems, including ventilation, split type, chilled water, air ducting, and VRF equipment. Make use of computer-aided design applicationsDevelop material and equipment specifications and decipher engineering design drawings. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; Must have PRC LicenseAt least 3-5 years work experience in the related fieldWilling to be assigned in Head Office - Quezon City
