Must be willing to render graveyard shift, if neededMust have at least 2 years of related work experience in the field of facilities management, administration, housekeeping, organizing and maintenance, and safety and security.Tasks & responsibilitiesSECURITY:

Ensures security policies and procedures are executed effectively
Formulate other policies to tighten security
Ensures the documentation of all incidents involving security and safetyBILLING PROCESSING AND COLLECTION MONITORING:

Prepares summary of all variable charges billable to tenants
Generates Billing Statements
Ensures monitoring of collection and on time issuance of collection noticesFACILITY MANAGEMENT:

Ensures standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all public and common service areas of the mall
Formulates procedures on how to further improve easy maintenance of each area at the mallCUSTOMER SERVICE AND TENANTS RELATIONS:

Attends to customer complaints and ensures that their concerns are immediately addressed and recorded and elevates major issues to the Mall Manager
Handles complaints of tenants and elevates major and critical issues to the Mall ManagerADMINISTRATIVE AND DATA MANAGEMENT:

Ensures that all documents are intact and on file
Ensures that mall has adequate supplies and equipment to support security and housekeeping requirements
Composes on time response to tenants and concerned departments or agencies to address concernsPEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

Orients all housekeeping and security personnel and ensures that they undergo proper training prior to deployment
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures of all employees under Housekeeping and Security
