Key Responsibilities:
Providing IT assistance to operations and officeTraining end-users on hardware functionally and software programs.Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.Monitoring hardware, software and system performance metrics.Updating computer software, as well as upgrading hardware and systems.Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.Monitoring Operations and Back office CCTV records and footage.Regular checking, monitoring, and backup records of CCTV footage.Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support and technical.Responsible in securing company equipment's and other tools.Ensuring IT cables, wires, extensions safety and standards are met especially equipment's.Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security.Managing technical documentation and reports.Regular checking and monitoring of network system.Responsible in tagging, inventory and cleaning of company equipment's and other IT tools.Suggest and buy equipment/tools for operations and back office use.Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.Qualifications:Graduate of Bachelors of Information Technology and/or related coursesWith proven background as IT SpecialistGender?
