We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technology Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure, including automation testing, code validation, custom report generation, and technical support for various platforms and
hardware.

Key Responsibilities
Automation and Code Testing
 Test newly created automations to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
 Validate code to ensure it meets quality standards and operates as intended.
 Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases to identify and fix bugs or issues.
 Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.

Custom Report Generation
 Assist in creating and maintaining custom reports based on specific business requirements.
 Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
 Ensure the accuracy and reliability of generated reports.

Technical Support
 Provide support for incoming tickets related to our ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn and Hubspot).
 Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues within Google Workspace.
 Provide hardware support, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
 Document and track support requests to ensure timely resolution and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.

Collaboration and Communication:
 Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
 Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and participate in defect review meetings.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 Proven experience in testing automation, code validation, and report generation.
 Strong knowledge of ATS/CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn and Hubspot.

 Proficiency in Google Workspace and related applications.
 Experience in hardware support, including computers and printers.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and end-users.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
 Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools.
 Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI, IBM Cognos or Tableau.
 Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
