Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operation of HR, including day-to-day activities and ensure seamless execution of HR strategies.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing applicants, and conducting background checks.
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of employment-related contracts, including probationary contracts, notice of end of contract, and transfer of assignment.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource statutory requirements.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Psychology, HRMD, or other business-related course.
  • Extensive experience in HR operations gained from construction, waste management, equipment rental, and real estate and development.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong people management skills and planning.
  • Flexible, with high integrity, trustworthy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in labor law is an advantage.
  • Able to handle and manage multiple companies, difficult situations, and office politics.
