Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify relevant training intervention/s across all functions.Consolidates training needs into a training plan for the year and ensures the timely and efficient implementation of such training plan.Ensures the effective and efficient conduct of training using internal and external resources, in accordance with the training plan.Designs the content of certain training programs and facilitates the same for identified audience within the organization.Maintains and updates records of training.Submits needed reports and plans/budgets relevant to Learning and Development and/or Human Resources.Prepares promotional materials and other logistical requirements (i.e., room, equipment, meals) related to training.Monitors attendance of employees for scheduled training programs.Conducts post-training evaluations to check effectiveness of programs delivered.Reviews and provides recommendation on the approval of external training requests.Acts as the primary facilitator for the Learning and Development portion in the organization's new hire orientation program.Acts as an alternate facilitator for certain topics (i.e., Introduction to ACES, Code of Conduct) in the organization's new hire orientation program.Prepares communication materials internal to ACES and releases the same to identified audiences.Performs other tasks as mandated by immediate head and/or company authorized officers/managers. Job Requirements:Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent7 – 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 1 year in supervisory roleExperience in SAP Success FactorsKnowledgeable in conducting TNA, training facilitation, designing of pubmats, and drafting internal communicationsOpen to working onsite and moving to multiple ACEN Group Offices as required by the role About ACE Shared Services, Inc. (ACES):ACE Shared Services or ACES is the business arm that provides a full range of business process outsourcing services to ACEN, such as Finance, General Accounting, Information Technology, Sales Administration, Human Resource Management, Procurement and other manpower related services of the parent company.
