Office Management:
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.Order and manage office supplies and equipment.Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment. Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Customer Service: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors. Communication: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and communications.Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Assist in organizing company events and meetings. Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives as assigned.Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and activities.
