ACCOUNTING CLERK

We are looking to hire an experienced Accounting Clerk to support our client based in Hawaii.

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk who is keen to learn and grow with the organization. This role will be responsible for reconciliations, Accounts Receivables (AR) & Accounts Payables (AP) tasks and assist in collections by preparing letters.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in AccountingMinimum 2-3 years experience in clerical accountingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordWorking knowledge of PDF tools (Adobe or Nitro)Prior experience with Accounting softwareExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailReliable/AccountableExcellent oral and written English communication skillsFlexible and adjust to situations as they occur.Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsWilling to work graveyard shifts, US Hawaii time zone, or on an assigned, variable schedule.Willing to work during Philippine Holidays Duties/Responsibilities include:Reconciling reservation systems credit card sales receipts to bank reports on a daily basis.Reconciling customer reservation payments received to reservation details on invoices.Inputting Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices into Accounting systemAssistance with AR collections by preparing collection letters.Splitting PDF batches of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices, coding invoices, and inputting AP invoices into Accounting system.Assistance with other AR and AP tasks.Other projects/assignments, as needed. *** This is a permanent Work-From-Home (WFH) set-up and candidates must have a stable, fast, and reliable internet connection at home capable of supporting video / voice calls. Preferably 50 MBPS or more.
