**As a Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of leading the strategic planning and implementation of integrated multichannel campaigns for promoted portfolio products within the assigned region.

  • Developing and executing short to long term marketing strategies to stimulate growth and enhance market share for specific brands or portfolios
  • Creating and implementing portfolio marketing plans, campaigns, and policies that are in line with organizational objectives and market conditions
  • Taking the lead in pricing, market research, and trade channel initiatives that align with marketing targets and strategies
  • Supervising collaboration among external and internal cross-functional partners
  • Guiding, mentoring, and enhancing the skills of a team of product managers
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments for enhancements
  • Championing omnichannel ventures by collaborating across offline and online platforms based on customer personas and strategies

What we are looking for:

We seek individuals with the following essential qualifications to help us achieve our objectives:

  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree
  • Background in pharmaceutical marketing and adherence to promotional regulations
  • Experience in developing impactful customer experience strategies that cater to local market demands
  • Proficiency in multi-channel marketing
