Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Total Rewards Officer.

The Total Rewards Officer is responsible for ensuring the employee value proposition (EVP) supports both the organization and the employee's needs by designing, maintaining/enhancing, and implementing programs, policies, and guidelines related to Total Rewards (TR) in both the strategic and administrative aspects.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Develop/enhance programs, policies, processes, and guidelines related to Total Rewards from end-to-end including ideation, conceptualization, feasibility study, presentation, execution, and communication, to support the organization's strategies and objectives.As TR Business Partner, ensure that the accounts' TR needs and concerns are addressed by providing expertise, guidance, and solutions. This covers, but is not limited to, the following: annual merit increase, annual employee movement plan, performance bonus, job evaluation, and salary analysis.Keep TR offering market-competitive by continuous benchmarking and networking. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in market surveys and associated events, review and updating of C&B rates and/or practices and aligning within the conglomerate or peer companies. Participate in agile squads and other cross-functional initiatives, as Product Owner (PO), Squad Member (SM), or Flow-to-work (FTW) / SME to ensure TR principles are considered and incorporated into the initiative.Process operational transactions to ensure accurate and on-time processing of compensation and benefits including, but not limited to, updating of system employee records related to salary increases and change in job grade, updating of system organization management, coordinating with partner brokers for benefits offering, and accuracy checking of C&B provisioning.Ensure compliance to policies and applicable laws relating to Total Rewards in both the design and provision of Total Rewards. Examples include maintaining adherence to regional minimum wage increases, considering applicable laws during enhancement/design of benefits, managing labor concerns related to TR, and others.Perform other duties related to Total Rewards.
