Senior Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly dedicated Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in advanced sales strategies, data analysis, and process optimization.

This role is critical in supporting our sales teams with actionable insights, tools, and processes that drive efficiency and growth.

The Senior Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing Zendesk for managing and tracking sales operations tickets.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of issues and providing support to sales teams through the Zendesk ticketing system.
  • Analyzing ticket trends to identify and address recurring issues.
  • Evaluating and improving our processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track sales performance metrics.
  • Communicating efficiently with sales teams to address any questions or issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
  • Leading and participating in projects supporting overall sales strategy and business objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of processes and standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Zendesk Support, Explore aptitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce CRM, advanced Excel skills, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales cycle, and sales workflow is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Versatility: balance quick wins with quality scalable system; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a penchant for customer service, patience, and resourcefulness.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, finance or related fields.
  • Willing to work onsite as required.
