MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs inventory of stocks, conducts cycle count and year-end inventory to ensure the availability of materials and accuracy of reports.

2. Ensures supply and material availability for end-user by monitoring the stock balances and the placing of orders.

3. Reviews the actual consumption against the volume of supplies and materials forecasted and acts for any adjustments.

4. Oversees the records of receipts and issuance of stocks and reviews and checks daily/weekly/ monthly reports on issuance and consumption of materials & other warehouse transactions.

5. Researches and analyzes inventory discrepancies, and reviews and develops inventory control and warehousing procedures.

6. Performs SAP transactions to ensure real-time material transactions: planning, issuances, deliveries, GI to Clearing, ZMM_MOR.

7. Coordinates with ITS on any related SAP issues and concerns

8. Ensures timely payment of purchased materials through immediate preparation & reporting of accepted deliveries for subsequent GR.

9. Timely posting of PR related to set bin limits and monitor PR / PO to guarantee scheduled deliveries.

10. Timely posting of PR's and GR's related to Administrative and Operations requirements aside from the warehouse stock materials

11. Monitors power consumption and prepares monthly power report for submission to all concerned offices.

12. Analyzes power consumption and gives feedback on trending for Meralco contracting purposes (ModTPs and New Water)

13. Implements Integrated Management System's programs, activities, procedures and policies

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES

Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably related to logistics and inventory management

WORK EXPERIENCE

Preferably with one (1) to two (2) years of related work experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Basic reading, writing and analytical skills required.

Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) knowledge is an advantage

Computer literate

Good oral and written (Filipino & English) communications skills

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES/ATTITUDES

Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet targets and tight deadlines

Customer service oriented

Diligent, dedicated to work, persistent and physically fit
