Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Review current and assist in implementing new compliance policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits and assessments.Supporting leadership team members with external audits.Supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior.Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications:4-year degree from an accredited college or university.3-6 years of relevant experience working in a human resource capacity.Prior compliance experience required.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Professional, driven, motivated self-starter.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.
