Job Summary: We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate II to provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers and sales managers in South America, ensuring exceptional service to partner brands.

As a Sales Support Associate II, you will be responsible for managing customer programs, reviewing vendor business and compliance requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues. You will also develop brand product knowledge, handle "direct from factory" orders, and provide bi-weekly LATAM sales reporting. Additionally, you will assist the Sales Team with customer presentation needs and perform special tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Review, understand, and communicate vendor business and compliance requirements.
  • Run necessary business reports and provide sound analysis.
  • Research chargebacks and other errors/discrepancies through root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics, and IT to resolve supply chain issues.
  • Conduct inventory and forecast checking.
  • Develop brand product knowledge, including brand item setups and transitions.
  • Handle "direct from factory" orders and maintain communication with supply chain partners.
  • Manage customer and Sales Team communications for order issues or inquiries.
  • Review Vendor Agreements and Vendor Guides.
  • Verify pricing, allowances, and discounts.
  • Provide bi-weekly LATAM sales reporting.
  • Assist the Sales Team with customer presentation needs.
  • Perform special tasks and assignments as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years experience in account management or product management such as Product Life Cycle.
  • Experience in shared services or BPO is an advantage. Working in an international and culturally diverse organization is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills, particularly regarding chargeback claims.
  • Knowledge of vendor compliance requirements and familiarity with industries related to account order management.
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Experience with shipping documents and processes.
  • Familiarity with Oracle or equivalent systems.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
  • Good time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organization levels.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality.
