IT Senior Executive

Join our team as an IT Senior Executive and play a key role in delivering IT solutions and services to our internal customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain user desktops for MacOS and Windows, including operating system installations such as SAP, GSMS, IBP, Mirai, and POS systems.
  • Maintain user access in Active Directory and O365.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of IT equipment and devices, including laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and network devices.
  • Provide technical support, planning, and coordination for end-user touch points of our distributed computer environment.
  • Develop expertise in desktop, software, and hardware installation, support, distribution, and remote access technologies, including Quik Assist and TeamViewer.
  • Support the Application Support Services (AMS) team for operating systems, including SAP, Mirai, and POS systems.
  • Manage IT procurement and asset inventory.
  • Perform other IT duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related courses.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support.
  • Proficiency in installing and configuring computer hardware and software, with basic network troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of infrastructure.
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10, WinServer, and Windows Embedded.
  • Working knowledge of O365, Teams, Azure, or other Microsoft products, with Microsoft certification an advantage.
  • Experience troubleshooting PC antivirus utilities, including Sophos and Symantec.
  • Preferably with experience in ServiceNow ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being a team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, supportive, and helpful attitude towards internal users and customers.
