A Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our 2GO Logistics 3PL Warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile with the warehouse management system (WMS).Update inventory records and adjust discrepancies.Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.Verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and sales orders.Ensure stocks are accurately picked, packed, and labeled.Collaborate with truckers and logistics teams for efficient delivery.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Ensure items are properly stored, labeled, and accessible for efficient operations.Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse layout and processes.Work with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to resolve issues related to deliveriesEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards.Train and supervise warehouse staff on safety procedures and proper equipment use.Regularly inspect warehouse equipment and address maintenance needs.Maintain accurate records of stock movements, orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.Generate regular inventory reports and analyze data for improving efficiency.Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, returns, and damage claims.Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office.

Accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Quick thinking and resolution of issues related to inventory discrepancies or logistics delays.Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks).Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Operations Management (or equivalent).2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
