Job Title: Corporate Sales Officer
Job Summary:**
The Corporate Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves active engagement with potential and existing clients, attending bidding events, and preparing detailed sales reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security and safety systems and a proven track record in sales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales Lead Generation and Management:**
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
2. **Client Visits and Relationship Management:**
- Schedule and conduct client visits to understand their needs, present product solutions, and establish strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
3. **Bidding and Proposal Management:**
- Attend bidding events and industry exhibitions to represent the company and its offerings.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
4. **Sales Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including lead status, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. **Product Knowledge and Training:**
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's security and safety systems, including product features, benefits, and applications.
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed.
6. **Sales Strategy and Planning:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
7. **Market Research and Competitor Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
8. **Customer Service and Support:**
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with technical support and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer problems.
9. **Documentation and Compliance:**
- Ensure all sales activities and transactions are properly documented and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
10. **Team Collaboration and Support:**
- Work closely with other members of the sales team to share knowledge, strategies, and support each other in achieving collective goals.
