Work Setup:

Morning/Mid/Night Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Submits orders for replenishment of inventory
  • Counts depot inventory for official depot records
  • Maintains logs of all products and supplies
  • Checks actual depot inventory against NetSuite records
  • Implement and enforce best practices for inventory control, including cycle counting, stock adjustments, and reconciliation
  • Submit a report to Purchasing for any defective or expired merchandise for return
  • Organizes inventory in the stock room
  • Prepare the PIS for all deployment of item request, activation of staff and hub weekly supplies
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and monitor any discrepancies, promptly addressing and resolving issues

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate preferably business course, computer science, accounting, industrial engineer or any related course
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the field
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, word processor, database and spreadsheet software
  • Knowledge/experience in ERP for Inventory Management like NetSuite/SAP etc.
