**Job Summary:** The Infrastructure Support is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes overseeing the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.

**Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Experience working on Linux based infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Configuration and managing databases such as Oracle.
  • Good monitoring and debugging skills for server logs.
  • Implementing various development, testing, automation tools and IT infrastructure.
  • Setting up tools and required infrastructure.
  • Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage.
  • Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
  • Track issues effectively using ITIL approved methodology (incidents, changes, requests, and problems).
  • Coordination and communication within the team and business.
  • Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the business.
  • Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to OpenShift.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment.

**Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
