Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at [Laundry Products Brand], you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience when
interacting with our brand. You will be responsible for responding to customer
service emails and using the Shopify platform to locate and assist customers with their orders.


Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer service inquiries via
email.Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, order status,
shipping, and returns.Utilize the Shopify platform to locate and verify customer orders.Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide
comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and
resolutions.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when
necessary.Continuously update your knowledge of our products and policies to
provide accurate information to customers.Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:Previous customer service experience is preferred.Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
