Duties include but are not limited to:

Overseeing the overall operations, performance, and strategic direction of the companyOversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectivenessWork directly with in-country manager to ensure operations are running smoothlyAct as a liaison between Unified Global, Inc. (parent company) and Vietnam subsidiaryBuild and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholdersProvide necessary logistical support to UGVNWork with in-country manager to build relationships and partnerships with external organizations that will further aid in growth of the organization within VietnamExplore and test market opportunities in VietnamDrive sales and marketing efforts to increase revenueOversee recruitment, training, and development of staffDevelop and implement policies, procedures, and operational standardsIdentify and mitigate operational risksEvaluate and improve operations and financial performanceDesign strategy and set goals for growthDevelop long-term strategies and objectives to achieve business goalsOversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and projectsEvaluate and improve operational processes and systemMaintain budgets and optimize expensesImplement cost-control measures and strategies to improve financial healthPrepare regular financial reports for senior management and stakeholdersDevelop long-term strategies and objectives to achieve business goals QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)Prior experience in Accounting and CPA preferredAbility to fluently speak in Vietnamese is an advantageProven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive roleStrong financial acumen and experience managing budgetsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in sales, marketing, and customer service is an advantageAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in using business management software and tools System Requirements: Computer Processor: At least i5 5th generation for both primary and back up computersComputer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computersComputer OS: Windows 10Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up connection)Extra MonitorMS Office License
