The Role:

As a Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will work with the Growth Marketing Strategist and be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various social media platforms. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting creative strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance to meet our marketing objectives and reach our target audience effectively.

What You'll Do:

● Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instragam, Pinterest, TikTok and Google Ads

● Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives, copy, and messaging that resonate with our target audience.

● Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and refine targeting strategies for optimal campaign performance.

● Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and scheduling to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

● Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize campaigns in real-time and make data-driven decisions.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, and Analytics to align paid social initiatives with broader marketing objectives and campaigns.

● Test and iterate on ad creative, messaging, and targeting to optimize performance and drive incremental improvements over time.

● Collaborate with external partners such as agencies and influencers to amplify paid social efforts and reach new audiences.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

● Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

● In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tiktok Ads and Google Ads.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.

● Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

● Previous experience with geo-testing, MMM (media mix model) and incrementality reporting is a big plus - tell us about it.
