Acts as mediator for all billing dispute resolutions, including receipt of dispute, validation research, and root cause analysis.
Performs root cause analysis for internal process gaps related to billing.
Completes proactive audits across all source systems, billing systems, and contracts to ensure invoice accuracy.
Activates billing for sites with installation issues.
Serves as customer invoice advocate, introducing and answering questions about invoices and billing platforms.
Processes change of ownerships for franchised accounts.
