BizRA Global Solutions, Inc. is an offshoring and outsourcing company focused on providing innovative business process outsourcing and customer engagement solutions. The company is headquartered in the center of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City, Philippines. Successful candidate will be supporting the Legal and Compliance Office of our main client, Telcoin. Telcoin, with its head office in the United States, is a global financial service company via blockchain technology, legacy banking, and mobile financial services infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

Directly reports to the Head of Legal and Compliance of Telcoin U.S.Draft and review appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)Act as the point of contact in behalf of the Executive to communicate project status to all participantsDraft and review policies and commercial documents with the highest regard in substance, structure, and grammarWork with the Executive to determine and resolve issuesEnsure that projects are prioritized and are well coordinated with all the internal and external stakeholders Coordinate with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each commercial projectsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsMaintaining comprehensive and accurate records What are we looking for? Bachelor's Degree preferably a Law graduate from reputable universities or collegesExcellent written and verbal communication skills. English Major is a big plusExperience supporting a law firm or as a General CounselExperience in project management preferably in a financial and regulatory compliance environment is a plusExcellent communication skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsExcellent analytical skillsProficient with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Google ProductsExperience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (Jira and Confluence) is an advantageWilling to work some US hours
