This role is integral to the company's success, providing strategic guidance and support across various business areas. The HRBP will align HR strategies with business objectives, cultivate a positive organisational culture, and adeptly navigate complex global matrix structures. Working closely with senior executives, the role focuses on enhancing talent management practices and effectively managing organisational changes daily.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in translating business strategies into actionable people-centric initiatives. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies that align with the company's focus on internal promotions. Your ability to facilitate talent discussions will be crucial in ensuring alignment with current and future competency needs. You will also act as an advocate for employee engagement, working alongside management teams to create effective people plans. Your collaboration skills will be put to use as you work with other HR functions to exchange best practices and implement core HR programs. Additionally, your analytical skills will be essential in harnessing HR analytics for evidence-based insights.

  • Act as a catalyst for employee engagement by challenging and supporting management teams in crafting and executing effective people plans and organisational/structural enhancements.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to exchange best practices, deliver value-added solutions, and implement core HR programs.
  • Co-develop and execute talent attraction and recruitment strategies alongside the Talent Acquisition team, aligning with the company's emphasis on internal promotions.
  • Contribute to the global HR community by engaging in initiatives such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Total Rewards, and Skill Management.
  • Facilitate talent discussions, performance evaluations, and succession planning with leadership teams to ensure alignment with current and future competency needs.
  • Harness HR analytics for evidence-based insights, monitoring vital metrics and trends to drive continuous enhancement.
  • Provide coaching to team leaders on people-related matters and ensure compliance with HR protocols and standards at the managerial level.
  • Translate overarching business strategies into practical people-centric initiatives for the Business Unit, integrating strategic workforce planning.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Business Partner role will bring a wealth of HR experience, preferably within a global matrix organisation. Experience in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and talent attraction strategy are essential.

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management strategy and organizational development.
  • International exposure through previous regional roles, work, or study abroad is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a global matrix organization, demonstrating proficiency across diverse HR functions and a track record of successfully managing strategic HR projects.
  • Strong consulting skills to effectively advise business leaders and a genuine enthusiasm for advancing the organization's people-focused objectives.
