What You'll Do

As part of Deloitte's Financial Services team, you'll work with high-profile banking clients to help them tackle their most critical issues. From defining technology strategies to managing M&A programs and developing cloud transformation roadmaps, you'll play a key role in advising and guiding clients towards success.

Join the Technology, Strategy & Transformation team in Deloitte Southeast Asia to help design and implement technology strategies for banks in the region, covering various banking sectors.

  • IT Strategy Development: Assist clients in creating technology strategies that align with their business priorities.
  • IT Operating Model: Help define the strategic aims of the organization's IT function.
  • Application Rationalization and Architecture: Assess application landscapes and define target state architectures.
  • IT Transformation: Shape major IT transformation programs for clients.
  • IT M&A: Work on large international M&A deals, covering due diligence and post-merger strategies.
  • IT Sourcing: Optimize service delivery models for clients.

Your Role as a Leader

As a Manager at Deloitte, you'll be expected to lead by example, deliver exceptional client service, and manage diverse teams within an inclusive culture. You'll empower your team to excel and make a significant impact.

Your Profile

  • Tertiary qualification in technology or business.
  • 6-8 years of experience in technology strategy and transformation.
  • Deep knowledge of banking technology and digital banking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership in the industry and understanding of new solutions providers.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing senior client stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on results.
  • Commitment to professional growth and excellence.
  • Willingness to travel for project assignments.
