What you'll be doing

Deloitte's Financial Services team supports clients in overcoming industry challenges. In this role, you'll work closely with high-profile banking clients, assisting them in defining technology strategies, architectures, and operating models, whether they are looking to transform or evolve. You'll also be involved in significant M&A programs, cloud transformations, and more. Our approach ensures strategies are practical and informed by real-world experiences.

This position is part of Deloitte Southeast Asia's Technology, Strategy & Transformation team, focusing on designing and implementing technology strategies for Insurance & Banking Institutions in the region.

  • IT Strategy Development: Help clients develop technology strategies that align with business priorities.
  • IT Operating Model: Assist in defining the organization's IT structure and strategic objectives.
  • Application Rationalization and Architecture: Collaborate with clients to assess and enhance their application landscape.
  • IT Transformation: Shape major IT transformation programs for clients.
  • IT M&A: Support clients in large international M&A deals.
  • IT Sourcing: Optimize service delivery models and execute sourcing options.

Your profile

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy and transformation.
