Meet our Team:

Growth and Accelerator Team

The Growth and Accelerator Team at Agoda is a group of entrepreneurial individuals who develop solutions for emerging accommodation partners. We focus on fostering mutually beneficial relationships, leveraging Agoda's unique portfolio and tech solutions to drive revenue and increase visibility.

The Role:

As a Partner Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Agoda's supply network by nurturing relationships with high-growth partners and driving partnership-related functions at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact high growth supply partners to identify revenue opportunities
  • Engage with new supply partners to facilitate registrations
  • Drive program participation through targeted initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with partners via various channels
  • Provide training on technologies and tools to partners
  • Manage daily tasks, monitor results, and track progress

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or a related field
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven track record of using data to drive decisions
  • Demonstrated curiosity and autonomy
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to dynamic work environments
  • Availability to support the Philippines market and adhere to local business hours
