JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE

Our Customer Service/Care Advisors are the first point of contact of our clients worldwide (including brokers and medical providers). The Care Advisors must be focused with meeting the needs of our clients as well as collaborate with other departments, consistently delivering a high quality of service and committing to continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responding to queries regarding coverage, claims, hospitalisation, complaintsCommit to the department`s service standards, including a 24 hours turnaround for all written communication including email responsesMulti-tasking of daily assigned workload as well as ad hoc assignments and follow up on individual casesDevelop extensive and sound product knowledge in order to provide timely and accurate information to our clientsAssist our in-house medical team in coordinating client`s hospital admissions, evacuations, repatriations and other cases as requiredMulti-tasking of daily assigned workload as well as ad hoc assignments and follow up on individual casesResponsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention KEY REQUIREMENTSPrevious Call Center experience in a Healthcare Account is requiredBachelor's Degree, Medical Allied preferredCan work with minimal supervision and comfortable working with deadlinesStrong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Must be willing to work in rotating shiftsMust be willing to work onsite in Makati for the first few monthsFluent EnglishApplicants who are able to start ASAP will be prioritized
