We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Data Entry staff for our client. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently input and manage client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of confidentiality and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update client and caregiver information into our database system.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and caregiver data in compliance with privacy regulations.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by conducting regular audits and quality checks.Collaborate with other team members, including care coordinators and administrative staff, to resolve data-related issues.Process and input documentation related to client assessments, caregiver schedules, and other home care services.Generate and distribute reports as needed to support management and decision-making processes.Work closely with field staff to ensure timely and accurate recording of service delivery information.Assist in maintaining an organized and secure digital filing system for client and caregiver records.Adapt to changes in data entry procedures and software applications, participating in ongoing training as required.Provide administrative support to the home care team as needed.
Requirements:Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role.Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.Familiarity with home care services is preferred.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.Understanding of confidentiality requirements in handling data.Basic understanding of databases and data management principles.
