WHAT IS A SERVICEDESK AND WORKPLACE SPECIALIST?

Our awesome client, a leading company based in Australia is looking for a Service Desk and Workplace Specialist to be part of their Team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

Conduct onboarding & offboarding of employeesdentify and implement processes and technologies which simplify and streamline employee experiences. Achieve targets relating to customer satisfaction, actively identifying opportunities for improvement to service levels. Achieve agreed service delivery and call centre targets for an excellent customer experience. Contributes to the support and maintenance of key end user compute and modern management technologies. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Bachelors Degree in Technology or equivalent.Experience End user computing experience, supporting windows laptops, Samsung, and iPhone mobile devices. Experience within a Service Desk, Workplace or Call Centre environment. The ability to focus on and meet key Service Level targets. An understanding of ITIL concepts and modern service delivery concepts Advanced skills in process development and workflow management. Experience patching and updating end user devices. Supporting Microsoft M365 & Azure environments Effective written and verbal communication skills
