More than 2 years of experience in online customer service with discretion. Answer customer questions on timely manner

- Has 1-2 years of experience in Ecommerce, Logistics, Warehousing industry

If you have experience in leading a team, you will be given a manager position. Responsible for setting KPIs and evaluating performance If there is no experience in leading a team, it will act as a staff member. Responsible for answering customer questions. Salaries and job titles vary by function.

English will be an advantage for regional position promotion.

Experience on customer service allocation systems and customer satisfaction feedback measures.

KPI makes for the team based on satisfactory feedback. (Team leader)

Experience in online software services will be an advantage.

Ability to think logically. Understand software products and be able to provide demonstrations to customers.

Experience related to live selling or e-commerce will be an advantage.

If you have experience working in a logistic company. or e-commerce will be given special consideration

Job Description:

Responsible for pre and post sales customer service. Help customers solve basic problems.

Report bugs in technology to head office to solve customer problems in a timely manner

Customer top-up or extending remind

Customer on-board training (with commission %). Qualified candidates are willing to be trained in Thailand for 1-2 months (board and lodging are fully sponsored by the company)

Qualified candidates must be willing to be assigned to Paranaque City.
