DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Class Scheduling

§
Secures
a complete list of academic departments' undergraduate and graduate course
offering which include class tagging and remarks covering special
qualifications for degree, and preparatory classes every semester/term.

§ In charge on the operations of
the registration process (record creation, course schedule building, classroom
assignment, final exam scheduling, grade processing, transcript issuance, and
student enrollment verification)

§ Equitably allocates classroom and
classroom resources based on a class size and class requirements ensuring
conflict-free room assignments in a specific semester/term

§ Assembles block schedules for
freshmen and sophomores ensuring that specific class schedules are coordinated
with the aforementioned blocks.

§ Monitor
sufficiency of slots in classes offered by academic departments based on demand
numbers reflected in the summary of all students.

§ Coordinates with
the academic departments regarding opening of additional sections or slots, as
needed

§ Responsible for
the development of the Academic Calendar

§ Updated and
finalizes schedule changes based on the Summary of Course offered and classes
which submitted by each department after the close of the regular and late
registration periods.

§ Attend to students
with their academic related concerns

2. Admin Functions

§ Serves as a
resource person on class scheduling information and processes

§ Contributes to the
regular process of reviewing office processes, systems that will improve the
team's efficiency and service level

§ Performs other
duties and task as the School Registrar deems necessary support the office'
business vision and mission

§ Demonstrate
leadership and managerial potential

§ Time management
and multi-tasking

3. Execute such other task as may assigned by
the Employer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of
Bachelor's Degree in any field with least 2 years of work experience

Experience in the
academe is an advantage

Dedicated and
Reliable

Keen into detail
and confidentiality

Excellent in
English communication and writing Skills

Proficient in
Microsoft Office

Problem solving
skills
