Customer Service Representative

Full-time opportunity

Remote- Must be able to work US Eastern time

Friday to Tuesday, 9am to 6pm EST with a 1hr unpaid lunch at 1pm

Londontown Inc., is a dynamic and customer-centric nail and personal care company committed to delivering exceptional products/services and fostering positive customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and possible chat to help, answer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to address customer queries accurately and provide relevant information.Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Manage order processing, tracking, and shipment inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, colleagues, and other departments.Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.Demonstrate flexibility to handle varying workloads and adapt to changing priorities.Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products/services and customer service processes.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in a customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.Why should you join us?
