Support the purchasing department by processing Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and handling Dashboard Reporting.
Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Handling Dashboard Reporting
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
- Managing inventory and stock levels
- Providing administrative support to the purchasing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
- Basic understanding of procurement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
