Job Title: Office Engineer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Engineer to join our team at MAC Builders Corp. (Construction). As an Office Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

**Qualifications**

  • BS Civil Engineering graduate, preferably Licensed.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience as Office Engineer is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary.
  • Willingness to be assigned or relocated in Coron, Palawan.

**Essential Functions and Basic Duties**

  • Supervise office staff for all administrative works, including processing and reviewing progress payments for contractors.
  • Coordinate, review, and assess contract submittals.
  • Review and process construction project design submittals and ensure compliance with existing standards.
  • Administer contractor's work and ensure compliance with submitted contract documents.
  • Inspect work sites, monitor project budget, schedule, and check project plan and drawings to verify authenticity of office plans.
  • Provide assistance to project manager and supervise office engineering construction.
