Join our team as an Accounting Clerk and play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our company.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and process sales invoices, billing statements, and official receipts.
- Manage check vouchers, cash vouchers, and update expenses reports.
- Process reimbursement forms and prepare liquidation reports for cash advances.
- Prepare bank deposits and maintain physical records of company invoices, official receipts, and supplier invoices.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile transactions with actual inflows and outflows of cash in bank.
- Assist in filling government-mandated compliance documents (BIR, SEC, and Business Permits).
- Enter financial transactions into QuickBooks and company records.
- Record sales invoices, billing statements, official receipts, expenses, and payroll entries in respective books.
- Prepare reports as per the request of the immediate head.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday, morning shifts.
- 1 year of relevant work experience required.
- Working rights required for this role.
