The Restaurant Manager shall be in charge in the overall management of the restaurant assigned to the position holder. The Position Holder shall be specifically in charge of the following:

  1. Manages the entire operations of the Restaurant
  2. Makes decision as regards to venue design, programs, gimmick etc.
  3. Delivers the best food and beverage service to customers
  4. Responds efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  5. Reviews food and beverage qualities and searches of better vendors
  6. Manages restaurants image and suggests ways to improve the same
  7. Ensures sanitation and heath and safety regulations
  8. Controls operations cost and cuts waste and losses
  9. Creates reports to the Management
  10. Other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the inherent functions of a Restaurant Manager. Qualifications
    1. At least a graduate of 4 year degree course especially in the field of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism etc.
    2. At least 2 years minimum experience as Restaurant Manager
