About us

Teppan Teppan is a Japanese Hibachi Style restaurant that serves high-tier quality steaks, seafood, wine etc. We are currently located at SM Sucat Bldg. B, Sucat road, Paranaque. We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a dining staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications & experience

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply1 year experienceOJTs are welcome to apply, must present updated enrollment status, school recommendations etc.Tasks & responsibilitiesWilling to take the responsibilities of Server, Dispatch, Cashiering, Receptionist and Reservations role on a shifting schedule.Server responsibilities - Providing customers with a good experience, secondly must know how to handle customers with polite and professional manners at all times.Dispatch responsibilities - Providing dry, clean and sanitized utensils coming out of the kitchen. Must know when to refill disposable goods like chopstick, tissue, toothpick etc., Must report breakage of glasses, stock inventory, beverage inventory, etc. Other task may be assign if not busy.Cashiering responsibilities - Must know how to operate POS and cash register. Organize desk, files, documents, etc. Submit daily sales report to manager. Must know how to endorse cash counts to next cashier, handling customer complaints and resolving them in a professional manner.Reservation responsibilities - Foreseeing table reservations. List down walk-in reservations, informing customers that their seating depends on the set menu. Must memorize all dishes, price sets, unlimited, discount and promos. Communicate professionally and courteously on our social media accounts.Other responsibilities will be given from time to time, and always report any issues, concerns and other matters to the management only.
