You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the products during transit and adhering to strict regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safely and securely transport pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and equipment between warehouses, distribution centers, healthcare facilities, and other designated locations.
  2. Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products by maintaining the prescribed temperature conditions during transit.
  3. Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the transportation of pharmaceutical goods and any other applicable regulatory requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including manifests, delivery receipts.
  5. Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on company vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards and are suitable for transporting pharmaceutical products. Report any issues or defects promptly.
  6. Coordinate with admin to schedule pickups and deliveries efficiently. Communicate any delays, route changes, or issues affecting the delivery schedule promptly.
  7. Be prepared to respond effectively to emergencies or unforeseen events such as accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or adverse weather conditions. Follow established protocols for managing emergencies and ensuring the safety of personnel and products.
  8. Represent the company professionally in all interactions with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Maintain a neat and clean appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications:
  9. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  10. More than 5 years of experience as a professional driver in the transportation of pharmaceutical or medical products.
  11. Must have update NBI Clearance, Police Clearance/Barangay Clearance
  12. Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
  13. Ability to handle sensitive materials with care and maintain confidentiality.
  14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
  15. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation and record-keeping tasks.
  16. Physical ability to lift and move heavy loads and perform tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
  17. Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed to accommodate delivery schedules or emergencies.
