JOB SUMMARY

In charge of monitoring and checking the work progress of project ensuring compliance to quality standards, budgetary, schedule and contract specifications.

KRA

Prepares cost and productivity reports in relation to project budget, validates plans, specification and cost to initiate to request for purchase of needed materials in relation with the ongoing activity at site and budget allocation.Prepares technical and financial evaluation of subcontractors and supplier proposal for work different phase of work and endorses for award of purchase.process and prepares recommendation for progress payment of sub contractor, Prepares correspondences to the owner and other companies related to the project in the execution of the contractor.assist in any capacity necessary in the compliance of the contractor requirements, comply with safety policy and standard procedures.perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.JOB SPECIFICATIONMust be a Licensed civil engineer.With 5-10 years OF work experience in the construction industry, demonstrate extensive knowledge of the basic requirements concepts and procedures of quality assurance / control.
