Assist in fulfilling requests and resolving issues in coordination with the internal production team as applicable.Inform request status to client and manage their expectations.Creates a positive client support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling clients with a consummately professional attitudePerform maintenance work involving updating and uploading website contents and assets.Monitors live systems by the company and perform any necessary preventive maintenance work.Develop a working knowledge of live systems.Communicate with internal senior management periodically on client implementation status updatesEvaluate the requirements of end users if the change request or within the scope of maintenance contracts in collaboration with the project management team.Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
