  1. Customer Support
  2. Visit/Accredit/Orient providers requested by accounts
  3. Visit and maintain good working relations with Heads of Billing Collections of accredited providers (hospitals, clinics)
  4. Assist the PNAD Manager in doing provider-relations visits to existing providers accredited by difficult doctors
  5. Assist the Provider Relations Manager in the renewal of contracts of accredited providers (hospitals, clinics, doctors) as needed
  6. Promote and monitor use of GenNetwork to accredited hospitals
  7. Assist Provider Relations Manager in visiting hospitals during times of suspension
  8. LOA issuance (direct or assistance).
  9. Helps facilitate resolution of Provider related concerns/complaints
  10. Undertakes all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
