Self-motivated candidates with a strong mind and excellent English are required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage XERO accounting system
  • Create invoices for international customers
  • Reconcile transactions and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Generate statements at the end of each month for retail customers
  • Ensure accurate quarterly tax return processing for Australia and USA
  • Understand taxation guidelines for the USA
  • Process orders manually through warehouse portals
  • Provide customers with tracking details
  • Liaise with warehouses and factories to ensure timely order processing
  • Review and check warehousing invoices

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or equivalent
  • Accounting background
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Data entry skills
  • Xero accounting software experience
  • Flexibility with work hours
  • Clear speaking and fluent English

This role requires a flexible individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and data entry, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of taxation guidelines.
