Teemcorp seeks an All Rounder Admin for our client base in Australia. Our client is a car care industry expanding globally.
Self-motivated candidates with a strong mind and excellent English are required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage XERO accounting system
- Create invoices for international customers
- Reconcile transactions and follow up on overdue invoices
- Generate statements at the end of each month for retail customers
- Ensure accurate quarterly tax return processing for Australia and USA
- Understand taxation guidelines for the USA
- Process orders manually through warehouse portals
- Provide customers with tracking details
- Liaise with warehouses and factories to ensure timely order processing
- Review and check warehousing invoices
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or equivalent
- Accounting background
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Data entry skills
- Xero accounting software experience
- Flexibility with work hours
- Clear speaking and fluent English
This role requires a flexible individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and data entry, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of taxation guidelines.
