Responsibilities:

Shared Services Support:

Maintenance of safety systems. Ensuring efficiency and consistency across various departments including finance, tax, human resources, fleet management, CRM, and IT support.Removal of duplication and ensuring consistency in core business processes.Acting as subject matter experts across respective areas and providing support services to enable the business to focus on client needs. Applying continuous improvement methodologies to ensure services meet evolving market, legal, and governance expectations. Human Resources: Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.Maintenance of company-wide job descriptions and the Compliments and Complaints Register. Safety & Compliance: Assisting in managing document control and communication of safety ISO system updates.Maintenance and control of safety documents such as risk registers, SWMS, subcontractor compliance, toolbox talks, policies, procedures, and processes.Oversight of compliance metrics and reporting to General Managers.Coordination of team Site Inductions and assisting with compliance updates. Quality & Technology Systems: Assisting in managing document control and communication of ISO and quality system updates. Administration of quality processes and support documentation. Maintenance of the Company Intranet site and file directories. Support in Information Technology and Security administration. Workflow and Teamwork: Planning work weeks in advance for transparency and support. Collaborating within the team to achieve common goals.
